Alexandra House Air-Conditioning Upgrade JEC upgraded the air-conditioning system for the Air Handling Unit room and offices in Alexandra House, a Grade-A office building in the Central district of Hong Kong. Replacement air handling units, Variable Air Volume boxes, frequency inverters, and harmonic broadband filters including a Direct Digital Control controller were installed.	Hong Kong

Prince of Wales Hospital Pumps and Doors JEC supplied air-conditioning pumps and doors for the renovation of the Prince of Wales hospital in Shatin, Hong Kong. A water cooled air-conditioning system was employed to enhance energy efficiency.	Hong Kong
Standard Chartered Bank Sustainable Flooring JEC supplied approximately 33,000 square feet of Milliken sustainable carpets to a business centre of the Standard Chartered Bank in IFC, Hong Kong. JEC coordinated, delivered and installed the carpets and worked closely with the Standard Chartered Bank and the supplier to ensure that the right flooring systems were selected.	Hong Kong
