JEC is the sole mechanical ventilation and air conditioning (MVAC) repair and maintenance contractor for all of Link Asset Management Limited's (Link) retail and car park facilities in Hong Kong. In addition to air conditioning, JEC provides general facilities management services to Link. Link manages 180 retail and car park facilities in a portfolio consisting of 11 million sq ft of retail space and 80,000 car park spaces. Link’s properties serve 40% of Hong Kong’s population.

 

Scope of Services
JEC’s scope of service includes: routine maintenance services, repairs, inspections, and emergency/major maintenance services for MVAC.

Value Added Services
JEC’s long term aim is to assist and work closely with Link to introduce best practices to its portfolio. In addition to routine maintenance work, JEC identifies any existing defects and safety hazards and carries out preventative maintenance. JEC proactively introduces new engineering and maintenance solutions in partnership with Link to operate their facilities to a world class standard.
