JEC Thailand is pleased to be a part of the new commercial building on Ratchadaphisek Road as American International Assurance-Capital Market Centre (AIA-CMC), opening in the end of 2013. 

JEC Thailand was awarded the contract to supply, install and commission of air-conditioning and ventilation system, electrical and communication system, sanitary and fire protection system.

The AIA-CMC project is a new commercial building on Ratchadaphisek road, which is 34 stories tall, providing a total utility area over 100,000 square meters including 3 levels of plaza area, 10 levels of car park area and 31 levels of office area. The project is designed to be a new business district which is an upcoming center of innovative financial and investment market in Thailand. In addition, the designation and operation system in this building is designed to meet  the Gold Credit System of ‘Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design’ (LEED).
